Green Initiative
Our entire facility is thoughtfully designed to have a large green cover. We plan to plant thousands of saplings in and around the premises. A notable addition coming up soon is a solar-paneled rooftop to make our facilities as sustainable as possible.
Zero Liquid Discharge Facility
Our eco-friendly plant has a zero-liquid discharge facility, where all effluents will be recycled.
Rainwater Harvesting System
Designed to process water consumption for conservation and maximize the recovery and storage of rainwater during monsoons.
Nitrogen Cure System
Ours is the only manufacturing facility in Southeast Asia that uses a Nitrogen Cure System, instead of a Hot Water Cure system. Unlike a Hot Water Cure System, a Nitrogen Cure System allows better control of the curing process, leading to greater tire uniformity, as well as better conservation of water.
